Hi all, not a pity post but I need some good vibes today if there are any going spare?

I have a hospital appointment this afternoon and I'm really anxious about it, hoping I can stay strong and not crumble in a heap

For me it's the other way round. I'm fighting for a procedure they don't want to give me, and in the meantime a large proportion of my life is shit.

I'm sure you'll be fine. From your past threads and your profile before, anyone can see you are a strong person. Stick to your guns and explain the negative impact that not having the procedure will have on your quality of life. They have to listen. Good luck bad kitty, just keep calm and lay out all the reasons why you need it and the benefits to you and the obvious savings to the NHS as your health improves.

Pooch and i have returned from a rather splendid walk . The rain just made every thing feel fresh and the aroma of the wild flowers was positively bliss.

This afternoon i am engaged in baking scones ans cakes for a chums charity social , the kitchen will be full of yummy delicious smells

Hope the hospital appointment goes well
