Ford Focus, it's black with hints of silver which I like to refer as personal artwork, others say scratches but hey whatever. It's done a fair few miles, not sure who's done more though, me or the car. Not that it matters, it's probably in better shape than me, as it's well looked after and regularly serviced. It's also always full of energy, always raring to go, doesn't even need coffee mental I tell ya.
Oh, not to mention the fact that since I've had it it's probably been wetter more times than myself, that's either through me making it wet or nature! I'm starting to think I have my priorities wrong....it definitely has more lube than I do, I know that for a fact!
Oh and it can see in all directions and most people notice it too, (where am I going wrong here), same as those warning signs like, stopppppppp, I'm going this way, I'm going that way, it's dark and you can see it too... The car is far better at giving signals than I am, either that or no one pays attention to me
Bloody thing takes up more space than me, has more money spent on it than me, is regularly serviced... Yep that's it, definitely have my priorities wrong!
The car has been asleep for a while now too, guess it's time for me to head that way also. |

I have a Land Rover 90...
It's a lot of fun but wish I still had my mk1 1300GT Escort and my mk2 RS2000.
I quite fancy an old Toyota Celica GT, the 4x4 or a Mitsubishi GT3000, twin turbo 4x4, 4 wheel steering.
Modern cars don't really do it for me, I like the F Pace but Frisky has just got a new car, I refuse to sell the 90 and can't justify another car... |

Planet kitten, North East usually but occasionally South as well |
3.0 Audi A4 which goes like shit off a shovel but still returns 45mpg, that's the sensible car.
23 year old 3.0 Toyota Hilux Surf for relaxing and enjoying the driving and, due to the 90% limo tinted windows, also good for tying kitten up in the back seat and taking pictures in the middle of nowhere.

Ford Puma in rattle can purple (previous owner, not me) 1.7, rear stripped, snickety gear change and only 2.4 turns lock to lock, amazing little thing that I've had about 3 days now! |

Currently - civic type R
Previously 1.8 FK2 civic with ridiculous amounts of audio installed. Could wire down to 0.5ohm and get around 7200 watts rms out of the amp. Everything I had....probably capable of 153dB
Ended up selling it all before I broke the car structurally with the bass |

"Finally cracked and off to look at a Alfa Romeo Giulietta at the weekend, it'll be the most expensive car I've ever bought? "
From what I've heard, the alpa romeos are a great car if you love visiting your mechanic, could be wrong but be sure to read some reviews first |

Used to be considered as rust buckets as well but I'm taking an Alfa guru with me who lives and breathes them, thanks for the warning though, appreciated. |

Ahhh the Datsun 240z and it's bigger brothers the 260 and 280 will always be my absoloute favourites,
In my youth I was lucky enough to have several friends who owned these beauties, including a super samurai and a scarab..
Did you know that once you went over 40 you couldn't wind the windows up.. Something to do with air pressure...
So excellent choice.. |

Fully functioning Roof Rack and Tow-Bar attached to equally functional Swedish built estate car that achieves 50mpg in 6th gear ....
Depreciation negligible , comfort and reliability faultless .....
Suck on that ! |

I am a car nut but currently only have a big standard alfa giulietta.
My past cars have been a 200bhp plus metro. A clio 172 phase 1. 430odd bhp type r Scooby... series 1 rs turbo.. 156 v6... a 200sx s13 amongst many other things. I'm after a v6 alfa spider currently and a phase 1 172 or Williams clio.. or even a 106 rallye.
For now my car frustration is taken on by being a marshal. And I get to see many amazing cars especially at the historic festivals.

Caterham 7 with 235bhp Rover K Series engine, Jenvey throttle bodies and Emerald Ecu. Love, love, LOVE this car fun little engines to tune"
I spent a fortune building this engine up last winter, but I'm so glad I did, as it's such a peach compared to the 1.6 K I had in there before |

I'm back to the Nurburgring via Spa second time this year, GT3 RS taxi ride in an 8 min Bridge to Gantry lap, hopefully try the new JagF type.
And no, my car won't be going on the Nordschlife due to insurance- or lack of.
However have driven the remains of the Sudschlife -
Does that count? |

Tbf; I converted my car from 1700 Xflow to the 1.6 K and injection, and ran that engine for over 5 years without any problems, trackdays, public road blats, and many hillclimbs/sprints. Just wasn't quick enough once I got used to it |

Someone I know has a kit car based on a 1952 Aston Martin Ulster, with a 3.5ltr v8 in it out of a Rover...280bhp at the wheel ... So pokey it's ridiculous as weighs next to nothing. |
