When you've had a long arse day where nothing went to plan and all the things that could go wrong did, how do you like to unwind and destress?
I personally light sweet, soft scented candles, switch the light off and get comfy on the bed. Usually, sipping a mug of hot milk with half a sugar in it, works every time |

Sometimes I will just get in the car with my dogs turn the music up and drive...
But I always seem to end up in a similar place ...
The beach watching the sunset or under the stars a vast empty space with just the sound of the wind and the waves the smell of the sea and the sunset or even the moonlight shimmering on the surf..
Just me my dogs and a slice of total peace...
Maybe one day I might find the girl to share it with.... |

"A cup of tea, some games on my laptop or a book.
Reading is brilliant for this, I need more books "
I have 4 books on the go at the moment. I like to read a bit of them all. |
