I am reaching the conclusion that most profiles are fakes or from people looking to chat and masturbate about what could happen if they ever had the opportunity to meet...

I think you are wrong but potentially looking at the incorrect types of people. I'd also recommend going to social venues, so you rebalance things, in favor of people who really do like to meet others.
Reassess how you filter people too. |

If that is your experience of Fab then you may be interacting with the wrong profiles. We've never knowingly come across a fake on Fab. In fact the only reason we know there are fakes here is because threads like this say there are fakes!
