Any of the lads/ladies partake in a bit of sporting gambling?

I've been gambling for a while with limited success, however seem to be changing that with some decent wins recently.... (turned 30 quid into 1000 over about 10 days)

Just wondered if anyone else was into it or not?

Hahaha.... I never "tip" but occasionally post my fancies for the day. I had a bit of luck last week on some picks, but more often then not I follow other people... there are some great groups on Facebook to follow.

If I didn't have bad luck when gambling then I wouldn't have any luck at all

I've only ever had one bet .....

It was a £6 pound best on a horse called Young Casey and won at 13/2....

I went straight to the army surplus supply store and bought a camouflage jacket and a cape that could be used as a bivouac groundsheet with part of my winnings then got me and me mate pissed on Vaux Samson before we headed home with a roast duck king prawn white mushroom and fried rice takeaway .....

Happy dayz

My grandad was a bookie. We lived with them for a short while when I was 6 or 7. There was racing on the tv in the afternoon, so my gran and I would check the races and grandad would come home for dinner and take my pocket money back to work for a bet. I had some "limited success" but then lost it all. I thought he'd give me it back but he didn't. It was only years later that I realised he was giving me something more valuable: a lesson on gambling. Now I realise gamblers bought him that lovely villa in Spain.

Absolutely!! You don't tend to see many poor bookies!
