Chicken, scallops and shrimp with bamboo shoots and garlic wok-fried in a white wine sauce
Chicken Gon-Pou with red peppers, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and onion topped with peanuts
Braised beef over cabbage and rice
I'll have one Tsingtao beer, and a cold towel; this is spicy Hunan food!
