I only ask because their are no end of them who appear to have fallen face first onto a bed after catching their stilettos in their garden string.! -)
I assume they do it dressing, because the flexibility needed to do it walking to the shops would rule most out. 
So girls, you have said pic on your profile, please display it and explain just how it happened.

It can be a bit claustrophobic if the duvet falls over my head.
It is a much simpler manoeuveur if there is a friendly gent in it already to put me straight. |

I sometimes lose things between my thighs. Have to spend a lot of time fishing it out. Then it slides back in, then I fish it out, slides slowly back in..
