Apparently if you suffer with arthritis beating the affected joint with fresh nettles can relieve the pain. Not in a rush to try it.
Nettle tea is a very good tonic though. |

I dont have arthritis. I have stung myself enough on nettles to know the effect though. If you prefer not to be stung, cut them down and let them wilt. No sting. |
