As much as I can see the logic in some of the replies and I agree totally with the OP by the way .. single guys seem to treated like some sort of vermin by some on here .. .. you can't ignore the fact that without us single guys the PAYING ( cos lets face it there are soo many people on here who dont seem to be able to afford a measly fiver or tenner for some reason ? membership on FAB would more than halve I should think . it is sometimes nice to make sure that every customer is happy not just a few ..

I don't think its exclusively single men. I also ignore couples or females who don't appeal to me by message or profile.

They fact the majority of the site is single men makes any issue seem bigger-the percentages of things happening might be the same for every category there's just a much higher volume of single guys.

. Lots of single men aren't ignored there are couples and single women that search out guys for meets all the time. You might feel like your getting ignored maybe but ask yourself a question how much effort have you put into fab. Or how long did you take over your profile?. Have a look at some guys profiles who are successful on fab bet for one they don't have loads cock pictures there profile will sell itself. Would you go to a interview carrying a cv with a few words about yourself wearing trainers ripped dirty jeans and expect to get a job? no. Maybe get rid of blank profile picture put a face picture up nice body pictures and definitely loose the cock pictures. Christ if I had a pound for every time someone has told a single guy cock pictures are a turn off I'd be a millionaire

I thought I made it very clear .. some guys on here are genuine and far too many are not .. So sure the non genuine guys post some crude messages etc .. and you are concerned they post a naked picture?? .. this aint POF its FAB a swinger site not a dating one .. I will never understand why men seem to feel entitled to a meet or attention from women and couples who clearly have no interest in them.

OP, perhaps you're just not for the people you have messaged as I'm sure they get many messages and simply reply to the few that take their fancy as opposed to meeting people they do not want to for the sake of 'giving them a chance'.

The way I see it your profile is your chance, that's the first impression and if you don't seize the opportunity to make such a good one that they choose to find out more that's down to you. And even if you have an amazing profile if you aren't what they're looking for why should they waste their time and yours?

'Ignored' or not being replied to, whatever your gender, means that there is no interest to be pursued. It's in the site FAQs, which should be read.

There are more single men than anyone else here, so many will fail to attract others. If you can't cope with this, it is the wrong site for you.

The ones that have taken the time to write a decent message, have a good profile, will always get a reply even if it's to politely say, no thanks.

The ones that are on here expecting an instant shag, because they said Hi & attached a cock pic, will.

This site is what you make it, I've ended up with some great friends because they sent a nice message, I don't fancy them for whatever reason but we've dealt with that & moved onto a real friendship.

It's just how it is, I tried to make a fleshed out profile with wants/likes etc but it didn't seem to make a difference. If people want to get to know me they'll talk to me.

I'm a paitient guy so letting them know little I'm hoping will spur some on who look, to peruse thier thoughts.

It's managed by volunteers very well I think. Payment for extra features is not compulsory, if it was then maybe it might improve but personally, I think it's a great site that works well. There are thousands of profiles on here, they cannot police them all but they give you effective filters to help out fakes.
