indeed I have accepted, take my supervisors qualification in 2 weeks, plus they are sending me on some other courses, may as well get as many qualifications out of them as I can  Things are starting to look up. |

hey.. 75p an hour works out at an extra 30quid a week and 120 quid a month... lol... 1450ish quid a year....

Sign up for NEBSS, if it's still going.
It's a one year course and offers a universally recognised qualification for supervisors and foremen.
It's quite challenging, especially if you've out of a classroom environment for a while, but I would recommend it for new supervisors and newly qualified managers, particularly those who have been promoted into the position without proper training.

Perhaps if you show willing and the ability which they see in you... You could ask the bosses to put you through the NEBSS... as part of your personal development...;-)
