Well fuck me if I ain't fuming. Had a new central heating system fitted yesterday and it's just one fuck up after another.

I gave this guy a chance for his company to shine. Could have put a lot of work his way, but the guys he sent to do the job were more interested in fucking around, I know pranks and banter help the day go quicker, but save that shit for when you're on site not in someone's home. They have broken things, left massive holes around pipe work. One of them decided to take a shit in my bathroom knowing that the water supply was turned off. And used my deodorant to mask.the smell.

The electrician tried to get an extra day on his bank holiday, by telling me he would be back to do the final wiring on Tuesday because of the bank holiday, and claimed to have forgotten that it was Thursday.

Next time I need anything like this done I'll wait as long as it takes for my usual plumbing guys to be available

And the part that has driven me mad the most is that they left behind four rubble sacks of rubbish, yet managed to take away my old boiler and copper tank. They belong to me,I specifically said they were to leave all scrap metal behind.

Thank you for listening,

An old friend is a mechanic and he once told me when you find a good one, treat them well, because they're worth their weight in rhodium. I take the same approach to tradespeople, because FFS, WTF?

I had 3 different guys out to my boiler but none of them could get past the first sharp intake of breath to reveal their complete lack of knowledge of electronic doodahs inside.

One guy said I'd have to wait until the intermittant fault became a full-blown one, then left after using my bathroom. Five minutes later I spotted a stream pouring from below my cistern. It appeared he'd loosened a wingnut to create a leak, which I figured he hoped I'd call his company to send him back to fix. The muppet gave it too many turns and made it blatantly obvious he'd done it.

I found an amazing guy to fix my fault eventually and he could seriously get some if he wanted. He was too busy once so when he did come round, he did the job for nothing but I gave him his usual fee, because he's pure rhodium and I don't want him to leave me.

I have a mate who normally does my plumbing work but he's booked up doing a contract until mid November and there's no point asking him to let an existing customer down because he just won't
