Yes, of course. There's nothing at all wrong with working in the sex industry. I've dated people in the sex industry, and also had sex with a couple of porn stars.

I don't go to work and tell them all about my private life, but my work colleagues know I'm non-monogamous, and know I'm in an open-poly relationship - most people are intrigued.
My family are non judgmental, and the vast majority of my friends are also involved in the sex scene, so they're also very open about these things. To be fair my life situation is far from mainstream so you're probably talking to the wrong person! |

What makes you think that? I had sex with a well known porn star, and the sex was decidedly average. Sex is about people, and compatibility, not what they do for a living. |

No expert in this sort of thing... Nor pretend to be.
But I think some would easily forget, it's just a profession.
Yes they may have to look a certain way because of their job no different from Beauticians having to have a certain appearance.
Doesn't mean sex with them would be out of this world, often it's a performance.
They are people at the end of the day, but I think you would have to be a confident guy to not let her job get to you, not sure if anything I've said made sense

So after a couple of weeks of texting I will be going on a date with her at 8 tonight. She's an ex pornstar. She doesn't know that I know. I recognised her straight away and have seen a lot of her movies. She'd probably make the ideal swinging partner!

The question was, would you date a sex-worker? And people are replying to that question
I personally do not care what other people think about who I hook up with. But I would not date a male or female prostitute, porn worker, etc
