On the news this morning.

Firemen rescue piglets from a burning farm building.

Farmer thanks firemen by giving them sausages made from tbe piglets they rescued.

Firemen thank farmer stating that the sausages are 'delicious'.

Said firemen then deem it necessary to apologise for their heinous misdeeds following a barrage of complaints.

As i thought, the world is indeed going mad.

what do people think pigs are kept for! pets no for joints of pork bacon etc,makes me laugh

It's not the fact that they received so many complaints that bothers me, after all people will always find something that stokes their ire, but the fact that the firemen thought it necessary to apologise for something that most of us do on a regular basis and take completely for granted.
