A serious question more for the ladies..

Yeah it's worth - the orgasms I've seen rip through you so it's a turn on as much for the giver as is the receiver. It probably does depend if you are shy of anything bigger than 6" though or don't like experimenting much - but there are definitely good and bad techniques I'd think..
