Often, and often get some nice flirty chats with people I wouldn't have had contact with otherwise. Plus thanking random anonymous people you've bumped into at a club..they might see it. More effective than a meet request in my experience. |

Yes, I've always found they get a response.
However I suppose it depends on what you put. If it's negative and moany I doubt people will want to respond. |
