For dinner we are having west country butchers sausages (big fat ones), chips, peas and sweet corn with lashings of colmans mustard on the sausages.

As I am on the one stone challenge....

I had salt and pepper chicken wings and vermicelli noodles and possibly one if not two magnums.. For lunch I had a lemon bun and a millionaire shortbread.. I think I should be about on track... I may have misunderstood the memo...
