It really depends on the chips, French fries I'd have mayo, home made well done chips I'd say ketchup. Hope that helps

All sorts. It depends on what condiment mood I am in. Sometimes I'll even do more than one condiment dollop and alternate chip dippages. And lemon juice is good on chips instead of vinegar, although I do also save left over pickled onion vinegar for chip purposes.
