No you cannot name and shame, it's against the rules.

Why should people be shamed for backing out of a meet??

Whilst I fully agree it's rude to just block someone you are arranging to meet, shame should be saved for those who have DONE something shameful. Anyone can back out of sex or a meet at any time, even when the cock is about to enter the pussy. XXX
