It is a nice and warm day, we have 23c. I am watching red rock and it is getting good, who is getting naughty tonight? I will watch big brother and a movie. I got the haribos ready  |

I am off to Cardiff,
2 vat returns to adjust and a vat return to kinda finish before I go
Hasn't helped that the person that done it last month had done such a shit job that I am now having to unpick 2 months returns to make sure we haven't missed anything

I feel like death warmed up so I shall be hitting the fruit tea and the kodi stick - currently being a complete boy and re-watching Black Hawk Down for the gazillionth time. |

Getting home would be good ! Traffic is awful and a 5 hour journey has taken 6 hours so far and we are no where near home yet and stuck in crawling traffic  |

How on earth do you manage to eat so many haribos and maintain such a low body fat ratio? |

How on earth do you manage to eat so many haribos and maintain such a low body fat ratio?"
It is easy, you keep it it in your macros you know. I follow if it fits in your macros. |
