I’m sitting looking at a message from a cheeky fecker asking if I can show him my verifications (the last in a long list of numpty messages) whilst just finishing off some laminating. I reach over to unplug the laminator and accidentally knock my drink over. As I look down to see the drink spreading across the workstation towards electrical equipment (with my head in fabs mode) I find myself saying out loud “oh fuck off you cock sucker”…. a split second after which I realise I am still on a conference call using speakerphone. Thank fuck I had also put the phone on mute due to the noise of the laminator.... but for a split second.... gulp! 
Don't you just love those 'oh shit' moments..... when you realise it was just a close call. |

I usually lock my phone, to prevent peeps from seeing the naughty pics and messages etc...
One morning, a colleague came over to retrieve someone from under the desk while I was sitting there working.
I looked to my phone and saw it displaying a chain of messages, and for a split second I thought it was one of the ones with naughty photos on it!
Luckily, it was very tame with no pics, PHEW!!!    |
