What brought you joy today?

Jump to: Newest in thread

By (user no longer on site) OP     over a year ago

So I've had a wonderful day today. I haven't done much, but what I have done has felt wonderful. One highlight was (re)realising the simple pleasure to be had from walking a happy dog in the countryside, to take in the views, and to feel the sun on my face. I'm a happy cat.

With that in mind, dear fellow forumites, what have you derived joy from today? I ask you to share your experiences, however simple or complex, with one and all in the hope that we might spread a little joy where it's needed.

What a lovely thing to read. Mine has been similar, walking dogs with the sun on my face and back and speaking to people that mean a lot to me

Hmmm interesting wording. This guy is very submissive and wants us as a dom couple. I am always dom with ladies. Yeah that would work. Though I think we'd both lose our minds over the guys playing to be honest

I seriously can't wit to take it out for the first time. I've been kayaking for years, but not had a SUP before.

I was checking the tides for Eastbourne this weekend, hoping I could get an early start on Saturday.

What's Worthing like for paddle boarding, isn't it a bit exposed?

Haha! I've kayaked for years too, bought my board a couple of months ago, after trying it on holiday.

The sea can be a bit rough on windy days.

I normally launch on the River Adur, go up or down steam depending on tides, if I go down, along to Shoreham harbour then out to sea from there if it's calm enough
