Personally I think an Ex is an Ex for a reason, so I wouldn't want any of my Ex's as a fuck buddy. But we're all different, if it works for you, then that's all that matters x

One of my ex's from about 25 yrs ago is my fb. She got married and moved abroad for a few years, then I got a call out of the blue off her. There's no chance that we'll get back together, but the sex is great

Ive just been through this in the last year an a half. The lust, passion and love are still there and it's evident when we fuck but when we try anything more than that the cracks in our relationship show instantly and it never ends in anything other than pain for us both.
