All I can smell is peanut butter! I'm currently baking a Reese's peanut buttercup inspired birthday cake for my friends birthday. Chocolate brownie cake stuffed with peanut cups, sandwiched and covered with peanut butter frosting.

So what do you enjoy baking or cooking?

I love baking - lemon drizzle, devil's food cake with marshmallow frosting, chocolate and black cherry brownies, chocolate rum truffle torte, millionaire's shortbread, coffee and walnut with marscapone icing, Portuguese custard tarts etc. The main problem is that I can easily eat a homemade family sized cake in one go...

Surely it's an unspoken rule that we get to eat at least half of what we bake?

Gypsy Tart.

A proper home made one, not that crap with the chocolate sprinkles on that supermarkets sometimes sell.

When you put too much cake mix in and it rises above and beyond the bun case
