Ooooh oh oh

Having lunch by myself and uhmmm a lovely man has just sat himself to the table next to me. Place has been laid for one. Ordered 1 x glass white wine. Unfortunately he's table is positioned so I can't see his face to catch his eye. This has made it more difficult for me. Geez my heart is racing. I think this man just wants a quiet lunch. When to flirt and have the balls to do it or just to recognise that that's that. Sigggggghhhhhh

Y'see, I feel the same way about this as I do about guys hitting on girls in public places that aren't your typical "look for other people to meet" kind of places.

Good luck to you, OP, but if I were dining on my own I'd probably want some peace and quiet to do so, otherwise I'd find a friend to dine with.

Can you walk past his table to go to the toilet?

Maybe drop something and try the bend and snap?

But,,,a restaurant/café/bar IS a typical 'look for people to meet' kind of place and there is a world of difference between a little eye contact,a smile,a twirl of the hair and 'hitting on someone'. The latter implies a bit of unwelcome persistence.

"oh my gosh.. i'm sat waiting to see what happened? lol"

Okay so this is what happened....I finished eating my Bang Bang Chicken and then noticed out the corner of my eye him taking his last mouthful of Pulled Pork and Meatball tapas (I know because I had asked). And then I said , "Did you enjoy your lunch?" And looked behind and said to me, "yes very much thank you!" I then asked if he'd like to either join me for dessert or a coffee. God I was so proud of myself for throwing in the coffee idea lol And he said sure and asked what I'd like. Well an espresso +1 x white wine later. A lovely chat and connectioning. We're going to hook up to play tennis, badminton and table tennis. I love playing games. He asked how he could contact me to play and pointed to my phone. We exchanged numbers.

Okay so how do you think I did?

"Ooooh oh oh

Having lunch by myself and uhmmm a lovely man has just sat himself to the table next to me. Place has been laid for one. Ordered 1 x glass white wine. Unfortunately he's table is positioned so I can't see his face to catch his eye. This has made it more difficult for me. Geez my heart is racing. I think this man just wants a quiet lunch. When to flirt and have the balls to do it or just to recognise that that's that. Sigggggghhhhhh"

I know if it was me I would be thinking I would love to flirt with that sexy woman drinking the wine. Your profile picture is very sexy.
