I intend to cry at the daftest things,sad films,anything involving cruelty to animals,what makes you cry,do men cry as much as women do.When was the last time you cried. |

25th May after climbing Ben Nevis with 2 friends a few days previously when I was told their light aircraft had crashed on the way home and they were both dead  the most shocking phone call I've ever received |

It can be hard if you become to empathic to other people and can affect your daily life. I think it's an act of kindness to do something for someone other than yourself

As I've gotten older I've found myself tearing up more often especially when watching movies, last time I cried was yesterday watching Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2, also cried my was of at the start of the first film too lol |

It's been both my parents birthdays last week, my Mum I lost a year last Feb and my Dad when I was 10. I have so many questions to ask them both that will remain unanswered and so many things to tell them that will be left unsaid. It breaks my heart every single day

For me it was 2 weeks ago. A right state. I can be an emotional person and if a man says he doesn't cry or show emotion then I don't think he's a man. It's not weak to show tears and Iv learnt that the hard way |

Other day when watching one of those house make up over shows. I cant remember the name it. There was a lad and his girl friend must have been about 12 or so, both with downs syndrome. Genuine joy at seeing what had been done to his room. Got me in the feels. |

I'm such a dick, about 15 mins ago. It was one of those "out of the mouths of babes" moments (at my expense). And as much as I laughed along with everyone else, it actually got me right in the feels. (I waited til I got home though to react though  )
