Is a time waster a waste of time????
All depends on what choices the person had to do with the time.
Maybe they had nothing else to do so no time was actually wasted; on the other hand they may have altered other timings to allow for this use of time so then that does become time wasted.
What an awful dilemma to get ones self into.
Am I making sense or just rambling again
