"Rub your tum in a circular motion.
I could be making this up or it could be an informative gem my mum passed on to me. Not sure."
Sometimes rubbing the base of your back as well
Oh hang on I think that's to help it out |

3 positions
1.Most effective. On your knees with your shoulders as close to the ground as possible (turn your head sideways) and stay there for several minutes. Air always wants to rise so make the escape hatch higher than the rest of the chimney and voila. Make sure no one else is in the building and don't light any matches.
2. Lie on your back and pull your knees to your chest or feet in the air. Do for a few minutes. Same result.
3. Do squats or stand with hands on knees.
Don't come back here and report.

If it's a one off...check what you ate yesterday.
If it's regular...improve digestion, don't rush food, chew well, reduce high fibre intake.
If it is with explosive uncontollable green diarrhoea, smelly and foul...dont come near us ! |

There's a guy on xtube that posts videos of his flatulence
He 'gets off' on it
So, if it doesn't pass soon, market it
You could be the next internet sensation |

"Jesus I've it bad this am??
Yes. I'd try and fart as much and as hard as possible, enjoy them and make the most of it.
It won't last for ever so might as well have a good time."
Truth in that as ever man likes the smell of his own farts |

"Jesus Christ man, just fart and be done with it
As a fellow sufferer of occasional trapped wind so bad I've been laid in bed nearly screaming with the pain, if we could fart we would "
I'm the total opposite |

Eating healthy means you tend to be a bit more windy, but having the mentality of a schoolboy I love it, always raises a laugh when I let one rip, although I do refrain from doing it in polite company. |

Do you really need to ask about this??
Just put on something warm.
Hat, scarf and a good heavy coat.
Or what about staying indoors until it blows over.
Like how bad is it?
Is the roofs coming off and trees falling?? |
