It would 99 times out of 100 but the yak stuff might be the 1%. What does it look like when its dead?  |

Yes there are good bacteria, those that protect the delicate area of a woman
As to all these yoghurt drinks, probably not, personally I think they are just a sales and marketing gimmick to get people to waste more money  |

Quite agree. There have always been good bacteria, for inside and outside the body. It's just marketing hype like bottled water, some of which is actually ordinary tap water. If you eat a healthy diet you're wasting your money on these 'bio' yoghurts. |
