Check out the demo, it's usually worth it if it's a subject you're interested in, otherwise use the time to get around the stalls. Most of the traders are selling stuff they make, so better stuff than high street sex shops/Anne Summers stuff, and will customize things if there is something specific you're after. Jacks Floggers can be addictive so set a budget as you can be a kid in a sweet shop the first time.
The after party was fun last time we went, but only done that once.
