You ring someone, they dont answer and just as you hang up you hear themsay hello, they then try to ring you back and as you're doing the same both of you have the engaged tone and nobody knows who should be ringing who back. There should be some sort of set rule about who does the ring back!! I htink the original caller should ring back and the receiver should wait patiently (no longer than half hour) before taking it upon themselves... Like walking up flights of stairs and everyone keeping to the right... I just know you're all gonna say different... "Nope i agree but ya just know it wont work out that way! | |||

"I have a preference of waiting till 1am or alternatively getting up at 5 and ringing the hell out of them just to see if they are awake. It does result in my number being blocked at times though  | |||
