Read their preferences which then end with 'No offence' and/or 'Sorry'
Oooh it niggles my nuts it does
Why do we feel the need to qualify our preferences ?
Is it politeness, the fear of causing offence or have we just become too sensitive ? |

I know what you mean. I have recently stopped putting sorry at the end of a no thanks message, as I am not actually sorry that I don't want to meet the person. XXX |

Reading some of the whiney forum threads started by the excluded I can see why some feel the need to apologise for their preferences.
Personally I could give a fuck if some snowflake I have no interest in meeting is offended by that...I'm not sorry! |
