I love good coffee flavoured cakes and biscuits especially coffee and walnut cake but I find that coffee flavoured commercial products are always too bland as they don't use anywhere near enough coffee.

I'm sure there was a study that showed people who enjoyed bitter tastes like coffee, gin, or dark chocolate, have slight psychopathic tendencies... something to chew on with your coffee beans

Yes when baking with chocolate. Even if it's a teaspoon of Nescafe it makes the chocolate better and you won't taste the coffee
