"My head feels like it's had a couple of bottles wine !! But I haven't just got a bad wobbly headache any suggestions how to get rid of it  "
pint of water and wait 20 minute to start with - most headaches are due to dehyrdration - then if no joy throw a couple of paracetamol down you and at this time of day maybe go to bloody bed - sleep and hope it gone by morning |

well thats breakfast out of the way - crunchy nut cornflakes were yummy -- first bowlfull out of the new packet - - off to try and sleep but im wide awake - just a short shift tomorrow but its an early one |
