If anyone on here can do me a massive favour and educate me on Malaysian food that would be great. I need an easy to follow recipie for Sunday as I am cooking for a date and want to impress.

As long as you have the basis of a curry, chilli, garlic and ginger, and use tomato or coconut milk as your curry base you should be fine but to give it that Malaysian flavour add a table spoon of tamarind and and a star anise (remove at the end) and Bob's your uncle.  |

Probably not but you know when you say you will do something then instantly regret it. Yeah. That lol.
Fingers crossed though. I am reasonably competent and from what info I have been given it's a reasonably simple cuisine |
