Rubbish some vicks in a thick layer on your feet pop some socks on go to bed and wake up happy days x

sleep slightly proppped up - i had this a few weeks ago and it lingered - try taking piriton or equivalent - it helped me as well as sudofed

The antibiotics seem to be working, didn't get the sinus rince done but a good nights kip and everyone's kind words have helped.

Still bunged but no way near as painful!
