Do you find them funny ?
I always find them a little bit 70's stand-up and past their sell by
They very rarely raise more than a smirk
To me, the funniest humour is off the cuff, often retorts or snap responses / reactions to a situation
Quick wittedness
That's what makes me REALLY laugh

In written format a long joke seldom works ....
For me a joke works best when you don't know it a joke and that seems to work better when a joke is short.....

I scroll to the end of long jokes. I'm too old to wait and read it all.

I found a bunch of kittens dumped in a suitcase at the side of the road, so I rang the RSPCA to inform them of their location.
"Are they moving?", they asked. "Not sure..." I replied, "...but I guess that would explain the suitcase." |
