I'm quite content with my body now, worked hard enough to get fit and stay physically fit, never wanted to achieve the muscle tone though, yes nice to look at, but have you ever tried to have a conversation with someone who can't pass a mirror without checking themselves out? |

Overweight and out of shape dads bod "
I know that feeling but I'm very happy with having a beautiful family!! Don't have time for the gym!! |

Indeed it's a struggle to balance time. |

Building muscles, is what I do for a living.
I appreciate the time, effort & dedication that goes into looking good, and I find that attractive.
But I'd rather get to know the individual person too.
I wouldn't chose a nice body over a nice personality, but if they had both - Bonus! |

I don't have a preference, where body types are concerned for sex. Each type brings a different thing to the bed.
I'm a bit of a slob at heart, and I know how much hard work goes into getting muscles, so I don't blame anyone for not having them.
The body types I don't find comfortable in bed with are very over or under weight.

"Muscles look great and fair play to.all the work they put in but I feel more comfy with dads bods as I'm far from perfect" tjisnis a misconception women have. They think guys who go gym and are in shape look down on or dont like women who arent as in shape ect. Personally i think almost all women are sexy in their own right its very rare i look at a female form and cant see something i like about it or find it sexy in some way. All shapes sizes and colours |

We don't all think that. I've had more than my fair share of muscular men. |

Love to perv on a guy with muscles it's nice to appreciate someone who takes the time and effort to work hard for a nice body but in reality being chubby with wabbly bits I'm probably much more comfortable in person with a dad bod |

"What about 50/50 between the two best of both worlds surely"
Agreed!
TBH as long as a guy isn't either too thin or overweight then it's facial attraction and personality! A good body alone won't suffice! |

Only 3? Eek I'm there on average 5-6 times a week
But I don't train hard at my age it's just about structured exercise - I still have more Dad bod than muscles despite the workouts (probably due to cheese, wine and cocktails ) |

I'm not a fan of either. For fab purposes I prefer a looked after body (I know hypocrite huh? ) but for relationship purposes I'm not so shallow although I wouldn't put up with a couch potato slob or someone who spends their life in a gym. |

I do whole body workouts but it's easier working my upper body than my legs, so I make sure I keep a balance. I also work in a fair bit of cardio to keep burning some fat as well as a bit of swimming. I'm pleased with the improvements and weight loss.
But my favourite body part is my right little toe but it doesn't do much working out |
