Hanging from a doorway to stretch, lie on back hug knees. Yoga upward cobra. Ice and pain killers usually help if I've a back injury. |

It was the annual Vanilla Alternative club festival, 5th year in a row and always fun, well worth planning on going next year! |

Morning guys  its a chilled day for me, finish work at 2 then home to relax.
While body aching went bit to hard & crazy at gym last night feel like was in a prison riot haha |

Early morning swim in pool
Trip to solicitors this morning to sign contracts for villa we are buying.
Stop off on way back for beers and tapas at restaurant overlooking mountains and lake.
Back at rented villa jump in pool to cool down from 40deg heat.
