do you bend forward when putting them on and shake them in...or clip twist and pop them in?

Oh - definitely a "click, twist and pop" style - usually put it on back-to front, twist it round, then lift them up by hand to get them settled in the right place...

If anyone wants to come and help me with them, please do! But guys, before you all rush to offer - read the profile...
