I know she was having some issues. ..was justcchatting at the weekend with about forums. Didn't see it coming though.

Unfortunately there's a few wreckers about that have little respect or regard for others. Different views are good as it makes for better and healthier discussions. Turning every post it a train wreck is just wrong and needs to be stopped. This has been happening on the irish forums for too long and it's ruined it over there.

Unfortunately, people will be judgemental and I'm sure we're all guilty of that, at sometime. I suppose we open ourselves up to that, when we start a thread, shouldn't be that way but it is.

Totally agree.....most would hide there profile I guess.....but then some throw their dummy out and leave....each to their own.

But when she was willimg to attack openly on the forum another forumite....why do some then reveal themselves openly as happy to give....but leave when some give back.

I think many of us would like to see her back. Will she come back? Who knows? I hope so, but our ability to post what we want (within reason) on here can cause upset, whatever either parties motivations or situations.

I find in the forums that some people are clearly intelligent and possibly highly academic yet lack a complete sense of emotional intelligence.

That's exactly how it went. There was no bullying, no pack mentality. Just some people disagreed with what she had posted.

I think she expected everyone to go "Awwww poor PTU" and when it didn't happen she left as per her choice to do so.

She wasn't bullied, there was no pack mentality, there was just people who disagreed with her. God forbid

People will have differing views of each of us....not one of us posting on here has never made a quick sideways shot at someone.

All of us have loved outside of this site.. and rightly so, out own personal lives should come first.

I guess some people leave this and other sites because they simply haven't got the time, it takes up too much time. Or because of affairs of the heart, their own circumstances have changed.

What annoys me is, if a collective disagree it's bullying and mob mentality, yet what is it called when the same mob agree with the OP? Support, empathy and understanding

It seems you have to follow the crowd on the forums at times because heaven forbid you actually have your own opinion and choose to voice it how you want.

Hmmm having had the thread pointed out to me for me to look at , there was nothing on it that broke any rules ( it didn't seem there were any posts removed before I saw it ) People didn't agree with what the OP said and that was it.

If people post on the forum they have to accept that some people might not agree with what is said and are allowed to say so.

I think it is time to shut this now.
