Howdy all,
Just wondering if any of you lot are gym users in our fine city of Norwich.
As an ex personal trainer I can appreciate a well looked after and hard earned body and have equal respect for those only just starting their journeys.
Iv been out of the gym for a couple of years now and although I have a membership to "the gym" in Norwich Iv nkt actually been yet! Iv had it over 6 months to lol.
Anybody got any words of wisdom to help me get back in there lol or if I can offer my help il be glad to do so all so.
