Tried it but as above, dont think I swilled it around my mouth for that long, 10minutes seems a long time!! I spat it out at the earliest opportunity before I threw up. haha. |

I tried it and was sick 
I can't use it .
My friend tried it and didn't think it worked ,so i thought not worth being sick with . 
I'm laughing as my phone keeps making it's own words up .had to delete last message  |

Perhaps not a scientific fact based on extensive research but there is growing evidence that a more than normal intake of coconut oil will make your teeth fall out or at least loosen your fillings ......

I have a griend who is a dentist. He reckons its bollox. As is the the UV whitening. The way to go is getting gum shields made and use dental bleach. We've both done it and love the results  |

Me and the missus have both used charcoal with great results, I'm always sceptical about these "wonder" products but was massively surprised with how well it works. |
