I should point out I'm on a diet and looking for something low in calories to replace the spuds...and jo. ...if it gives me a bit off movement. .all the better

There are no rules you as a tgirl cannot break, though I'd advise never mixing the leftover gravy with the leftover custard, unless you enjoy the dry boak. No point gagging on your own.
