If I was admin I would delegate all the day to day duties to someone else ...
Otherwise I think micromanaging the site would become such a nightmare it would cease to hold any appeal ....
I think what we have now is great and I wouldn't change much other than perhaps introduce a sexuality filter, although if that were to happen I'd probably miss mocking the life out of those Fab straight guys who target my mailbox .....  |

Of course they can. When people report mail they have to go read it to sort it.
