Just today or is it an ongoing thing?

Do you know what's caused it?

Hope your mood lightens soon.

Phone a Cpl of mates/family and do something constructive. Go for food, an activity.

Anything to break the isolation.

A haircut, a wardrobe clear out.

Cook something you enjoy.

Bacon cooking cheers me up.

Small steps, but wallowing does nothing.

It's perfectly normal, everybody gets down days. You can either let it pass or do something to pick yourself up.

Call a friend and let some steam off, is the best way.

Some human touch helps

Best of luck
