Just woken up and was fine when I went to bed last night but this morning the top of my back aches like mad, neck stiff etc...think I slept funny? Where are all these guys that promise massage now then ha ha!! |

If your pillow is raised up a bit high it can cause you neck pain in your trapezius muscles. Either get a flatter pillow or add a thin cushioning just below your pillow where your neck starts. Another option is to sleep without a pillow on your back with your legs raised up a bit for a night.

Have had the same style of pillow all my life so doubt that be cause. Lots of folk suffer this from time to time it seems. My head and eyes felt fuzzy too and had a disturbed sleep so prob just a case of having slept funny x |
