Scunthorpe

I woke with a crick in my neck a couple of weeks ago, it wasn't right for 2/3 days.

Bloody annoying though the massages from Cal were nice

If your pillow is raised up a bit high it can cause you neck pain in your trapezius muscles. Either get a flatter pillow or add a thin cushioning just below your pillow where your neck starts. Another option is to sleep without a pillow on your back with your legs raised up a bit for a night.

Hope that helps.

Have had the same style of pillow all my life so doubt that be cause. Lots of folk suffer this from time to time it seems. My head and eyes felt fuzzy too and had a disturbed sleep so prob just a case of having slept funny x
