I got asked this question yesterday and I struggled to answer it. Ive have an awful 8 months won't go into detail but realise I need to get my heart singing again.
So I'm interested to know what truly makes your heart sing? |

Being by the sea...my 2 sons laughing...Will!! My heart sings all day!
Hope your heart sings again soon, it will...mine did when i met Will, never thought it would again but it does every day xxx |

My heart occasionally manages a humm, the rest of the time it's either silent or screams, same as my head. They were both broken 10 months ago and have been subjected to numerous hammer blows since, I've run out of superglue and the sellotape keeps coming unstuck! 
Maybe one day somebody will come along who wants to do a duet with me?!  |

I understand, I'm going through a nightmare few months and this has made me think, paul, that moment he pulls me into his arms and looks in my eyes that makes my heart sing. Didn't think I'd ever get that feeling.

My Son....just because he's my son and I'm blessed beyond words..
And then other stuff...
Friends.....and other people...without people to share with....where is the love..
My dogs the beach the waves and sea . .no matter what the weather

Thank you everyone, it's got me thinking. Some comments make my eyes well up and others are funny "balls deep oral" I can't comment on that. I know I'd gag a lot unless you have a tiny penis xx |

The look on our son's face on his last day of term.
Knowing that we have the six weeks off together.
He makes me smile and even more smiles as collecting my pooch later after our trip away.
Simple things are always the best xx  |

A great song sung live. Just 'that' moment. Counting Crows at Werchter festival in '09 had me in tears with Long December.
That and I opened the door in the living room this morning and saw pic of my kids maybe from 6 years ago, smiling and cuddling and that played a wee note on the heart strings on my way to the kettle. |

You don't need to look for it, it's already in you...
but you need to re connect with yourself...
meditation is really good...

Sitting on a beach hearing the pebbles move as the waves crash over them
Watching a bird in flight
Seeing a beautiful sunset and watching the sun fall below the horizon
Someone looking into your eyes and telling you that they love you with every fibre of their being |

For me it's making music, playing instruments and singing with others reaches parts of my soul that nothing else can.

For me it's making music, playing instruments and singing with others reaches parts of my soul that nothing else can.
