Do you actually eat anything else "
Yes i eat a well balanced diet but sometimes between work and hospital i don't have time nor the inclination to cook so i eat breakfast then and a dinner type meal in the morning when i do have time and the inclination to do it. Porridge or weetabix with milk are very good for me anyway.
However, as a treat, i am now having a particular chicken curry being cooked especially for me. |

Fray&Bentos steak&kidney pie with beer battered chips and garden peas, followed by a double chocolate magnum and sparkling watermelon j20.

Roast parsnips and carrots with garlic pepper
Roast minted potatoes roasted in goose fat
And a sirloin steak marinated in garlic salt (medium rare of course) |

Fair enough, that's why I have batch cooking days making two or three different dishes then freezing most of it. Am cooking ma Pasanda from fresh tonight though before the footy comes on |

We don't like stuff out of the freezer even if we have cooked it ourselves originally. We just cook fresh every day, mostly chicken. I rarely eat beef and never lamb. |
