I find it hard to understand that only a few moan about things on fab but 99% don’t. What makes you stop your feet and throw a tizzy or alternately what makes you so chilled and relaxed with the way things are on here? Surely if its as hard as some say everyone would be moaning?  |

i think some folk forget there on a pc in the interweb and not real life, i once got told in a forum to stop being rude and theres no need to shout because i used caps, i mean caps ffs. And then theres those that argue because you poke someone on Facebook! Its a virtual button you press not a clitorus for gods sake. And although were a couple here and get the usual unwanted msg's from guys and couples i might add, all you have to do is delete them, i mean there not knocking on your door or anything like that.... hold on a minute im moaning now arent i......dammit i hate when that happens |

I dont think they mean to moan actually, they have come onto a swingers site with an expectation and may have found reality is somewhat different.
Some go, the ones who stay and persevere usually enjoy, mellow and have fun.
Some females/couples moan the same. |

Probably most of us mature minded men understand that whinging like a brat is a big turn off for prospective meets?
My query is how do these men find this site - Recommended by a friend? stumble upon it? i.e. what are their expectations and how does that influence if they join or not?  |

I don't moan because some people on here really ain't worth it! No matter how much they think they are. 
I think some guys' ego can't handle the rejection. Especially if they approach a woman/couple who they'd normally wouldn't look twice at in normal circumstances. |

I hadn't thought about the rejection in that way before but you may have a point. I think you do have a point over people not being worth moaning over though. Life is too short and its more fun to get on with the good sides. |

I have had a few years on fun on here so I have no need to beg, crawl, kiss the ass of females/couples... I am happy with the fun times, am chilled and find it all amusing.
I love seeing happy posts from people saying they have had a great time, fab meet, met someone special etc etc.
Some take it/themselves far too seriously and swinging has taken over their priorities. They want messaged, then they don't want messaged... all to easily solved by the use of filters..
sadly there is not a filter that allows 'ego stroking'
It is a great scene, some great people and fantastic fun to be had. just keep your feet on the ground. |

i think it is easy to moan when you first join as it can be quite fustrating being messed about etc but once you get used to how things work on here you just smile and enjoy yourself......happy days! |

i think it is easy to moan when you first join as it can be quite fustrating being messed about etc but once you get used to how things work on here you just smile and enjoy yourself......happy days! "
I think you have a point there some people get frustrated and annoyed but when they put all sorts on profiles or their status it does make me think 'angry man' and i do tend to avoid. |

i think most moan when they dont get any meets etc,when if they just put the energy they waste moaning into improving their profiles and not just expecting people to meet them on the evidence of one photo and the line "man wants fuck" etc they would not have much to moan about apart from god im shattered from all this shagging...ha ha |

It could be that those who do moan are simply moaning feckers in life.
When they post their moans and grumbles on here they might think someone's listening. i.e they have an outlet where out in the real world the positive folk in the world just tell them to take a hike or choose to ignore them.

I know the OP is talking about men but the above is also true of women and couples.
The problem is some people genuinely struggle to understand they will not appeal to everyone. Some, because they do have talking mirrors and believe their own hype, others because they know they're not perfect but blame others for being shallow etc.
Easy to avoid them really and find the fun people! |

Some have more realistic expectation than the others. The saddest are those who believe they are god's gift to women when they are nothing special.
It is always someone else's faults expect their lack of initiatives to improve their profiles without asking for help etc...
Those who are successful on FAB tend to be self starters.
If they moan too much, I would block them, as moaners and groaners are not attractive to me.
