What a lovely morning. Beautiful sunshine. I stopped painting and went shopping; bought a few plants for the garden. When I got home I forgot all about the painting and went into the garden. Suddenly I realised.... do the washing now! Don't wait for the weekend, it's perfect weather

No thanks.... I've just made myself:
Meringue nest smothered with a huge dollop of Channel Island extra thick double cream with blueberries and raspberries sqidged into it and drizzled with raspberry coulis before topping with crushed meringue  |

No thanks.... I've just made myself:
Meringue nest smothered with a huge dollop of Channel Island extra thick double cream with blueberries and raspberries sqidged into it and drizzled with raspberry coulis before topping with crushed meringue "
i'm on my way !!! no cream for me tho - not wanting to appear fussy or anything lol
thats one of my favourite desserts xx |
